Rupantar is also working in partnership with The Asia Foundation on Leaders Of Influence (LOI) Program with a view to enhance the capacity of the local elected representatives to contribute to national development and democratic reform efforts in preserving and promoting values of democracy, tolerance, diversity, and social harmony. The project undertakes orientation of the Local Elected Bodies (UPs) of Bangladesh .
