Advocate Aloknanda Das also speaks that the women's are taking active participation in various type of committee though they are facing lot of hindrance such as politically disability, mentally education, religious and household. Even the women will take part for the position of Chairman in the next upcoming election.

The Chief Executive Ms. Shamim Sultala told that though the women's have no educational qualification but they have overall concept for which they can do social development activities.

Principal Wahidur Rahman told that let women's give opportunity to work and also give emphasize on their education. Mr. Monoranjon, Chairman of Batiaghata told that there is still some disability in respect to be powerful women. So let the women should overcome from this disability.

The women leader Mrs Rozi Rahman told that to increase the power of women let women send to National Parliament also try to involve women's in financial activities.

Advocate Ashok Kumar Saha told that create hindrance in respect of to go to them court and to take part in arbitration even they do not given chance to say something.

The women leader Mrs. Protiva Biswas told that at least 3 direct reserve seat should be allotted for women's in Union Parishad election.

The Women's leader Mrs. Gududashi told that let provide feedback/suggestion to women's on the activities how a women become powerful in politics through politics by-law.

U.P. member Mrs. Joyanti Rani Sardar told that women's should gain power through women's skill. The worker of Khulna Zilla women's affairs, Mrs. Fatema Zamin told that the grassroots women's should be conscious so they come forward in respect of education.

The Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Dacope Mr. Mohsin Ali told that make self sufficient in respect of financial matter before making powerful in politics.

At the end of the Open Discussion Professor Anwarul Kadir having no other topics to be discussed concluded the seminar with a vote of thanks to all participants.

An important seminar entitled ‘Programmatic Intervention to Develop Grassroots Women Leadership in Union Parishad & Desability' organized by the Rupantar with the support of Swiss International Development Agency (SDC) on Wednesday the 19 th of June, 2008 at the conference Room of Hotel Castle Salam at 1030 am in the city. At the inauguration session of the seminar under the president ship of Women's leader, of Batiaghata Upazila Mrs. Ashalata Dalia Mr. Md. Yunus-ur-Rahman Divisional Inspector General of Police of Khulna was chaired as Chief Guest. Mr. Asaduzzaman Mia Police Commissioner of Khulna was chaired as Special Guest. Mrs. Zannatul Ferdous Rekha Asstt. Director of Rupantar was also present in the seminar.

Deliver speech at the inaugural session:

At the inaugural session of the seminar the Deputy Inspector General of Khulna Range, Mr. Md. Asaduzzaman Mia Chief Guest, Mr. Yunu-ur-Rahman Divisional Police Commission and Mrs. Jannatarul Ferdous, Asstt. Director of Rupantar deliver their valuable speech.

Mrs. Jannatul Ferdous Rekha, Asstt. Director of Rupantar told in their inaugural speech that until and unless the women have become powerful the equity in between male and female as well as freedom of women is not possible. However, to bring freedom in the women it is essential for women's to enlist themselves in various local committee and to give decision by participating in various arbitration and other social activities. In the U.P. election of 2003 the 72 women's for the first time took part in the competition for general seat side by side of the men candidates of whom six women's become successful. To develop the nature of the women's at least 30% of women's should gain general seats in the next election then there is a possibility of equity and empowerment of women.

The honorable Deputy Inspector General of Police Khulna Range Mr. Md. Asaduzzaman Mia told that there is no possibility to develop the nation until and unless the women's are developed. To bring women empowerment financial and social development is essential for this reason grassroots women's should be make aware and to bring changes in the their mind try to behave with them like a human been but not like a women, pay respect and well behave with them.

The honorable Divisional Police Commission of Khulna Range Mr. Md. Yunusur Rahman told that to make women political empowerment let them sufficient on financial matter and to be self sufficient on financial education is must. Henceforth, all of us should be more attentive and keep close eyes that no more violation against women incident would be arise in future.

Mrs. Ashalata told in the inauguration session that the women's should ensure that they are now adjusting her with other service provider organizations.
